Scheduling Policy

All members receive guaranteed early booking access each season — up to 14 days before the general calendar opens.

Appointments are first-come, first-serve within your member window.

Elite Guard Members also receive emergency priority response — meaning if a grill issue comes up mid-season, we guarantee a visit within 72 hours.

Burner Tray Policy

Elite Guard Members receive one complimentary replacement tray or burner component per year, valid for standard grill models with available parts.

Coverage applies to visibly corroded or heat-damaged trays that affect grill performance. If your part isn’t in stock, we’ll handle the sourcing. If unavailable, you’ll receive a service credit toward future replacement.
