Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

 

Grill Guard provides professional grill cleaning, restoration, and maintenance services. We reserve the right to refuse service to any equipment that we deem unsafe or beyond reasonable repair.

2. Appointments and Access

 
  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

  • Access: The customer is responsible for providing clear access to the grill and ensuring a safe working environment for our technicians.

3. Safety & Operational Requirements

 

To ensure a safe service for your home and our technicians, the following conditions apply:

  • Gas Safety: The customer confirms that, to the best of their knowledge, all gas lines, valves, and connections are in good working order and free of leaks prior to the appointment.

  • Working Area: The area surrounding the grill must be clear of flammable materials, debris, and pet waste. Children and pets must be kept at a safe distance from the service area while work is in progress.

  • Operational Condition: If a technician identifies a hazardous defect (such as a gas leak or fire hazard), they will stop work immediately and inform the customer. Service will only resume once the hazard is professionally repaired.

  • Cool-Down: The grill must be completely cool and have been turned off for at least four (4) hours prior to our arrival.

4. Pricing and Payment

 
  • Accepted Methods: Grill Guard accepts Cash and Credit Card payments.

  • Payment Timing: Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the service.

  • Estimates: Final pricing may vary from initial quotes if the grill’s condition requires additional labor or specialized chemicals discovered upon physical inspection.

5. Liability and Equipment Condition

 
  • Pre-existing Damage: Grill Guard is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing rust, corrosion, or structural integrity issues that fail during a standard cleaning process.

  • Brittle Components: While we take the utmost care, we are not responsible for aged or brittle components (such as igniters or rusted-through heat tents) that may break during routine removal and cleaning.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

 

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will make every reasonable effort to rectify the situation.
